Kathy, your lemon cake sounds amazing! Would you be willing to share that recipe? I love limoncello...there is a restaurant in Delrey that has limoncello sorbet that is delicious! Usually for Passover I make a Queen Mother's cake, which is good any time of the year...made w/ ground almonds instead of flour.
