I am familiar with Curves Kimmi. I joined about three years ago. I have a less-than-perfect opinion of them. They don't have certified staff working at them for starters. I herniated a disc in my back and ended up having surgery almost two years ago. At that time I had a large number of women telling me they were hurting in their backs or knees or wherever. Because I knew several of them, I know that they went on to get medical treatment as well. As a side note: not that they were responsible for what happened to me after my surgery, but... I was diagnosed last month with a herniated disc in my neck and radiculpathy. I happened to mention to my surgeon that I was still having leg pains. They did another MRI and discovered that my discs in my lower back have all totally collaspsed. I guess I just feel that had I never gone to Curves, I never would have herniated the disc in the first place. If you are interested in going someplace to work out, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere where the staff has credentials.
