Have to weigh :rolleyes: in here. I've yo yoed much of my life but about 10 years ago I started gaining a few pounds a year, without taking anything off. Bottom line is that last year, I finally faced the music/mirror and did a MAJOR change. Took me 6 months and I lost 45 pounds! I'm obviously thrilled and needless to say it wasn't easy!!! Especially cause I'm only 5 feet tall.

Tried Atkins, SB and everthing in between :app: ) quit drinking diet sodas, and I weigh myself EVERY morning. Also, as I was losing, I gave away ALL my clothes that were too big. No saving 'fat clothes' for the eventual fall back!!!

Anyway, it is and will probably always be a daily struggle to stay on track! So........GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US!!!
