My S/O has just been diagnosed with diabetes and has been told he must lose 30 lbs in 3 months or else. I figured I'd be losing weight along with him by proxy, so haven't been as mentally into the diet, but more increasing the excercise.

Yesterday went for a 3 mile brisk walk with a girlfriend, then had a mocha with whipped cream for a treat thinking it would be my BIG reward for the day. Then, she surprised me by taking me out to lunch and ordering a bottle of chardonnay...oops! At least I only had a Thai chicken salad with an oil free dressing (but still, I was bad <img border="0" alt="[c]" title="" src="graemlins/c.gif" /> ).
