Just checking in here. I love reading of everyone's progress. Great! For me, exercise is going better than the dieting. I've made it to LA Fitness Monday and today doing weights and recumbent bicycle. One challenge for me is that on the days I play doubles tennis (which is about 4x a week), I have a hard time working in any other exercise. Unfortunately, doubles just doesn't count when trying to loose wait. Guess I'll have to stick in a walk on those days. As far as the eating goes, I can't go on a drastic 1000 calorie type diet. I'm better cutting back and losing slow. I'm one of those who gets into the water one toe at a time and that applies to anything I undertake!
