By the way, I tried an incentive this morning--I pulled a couple of summer dresses out of the closet and tried them on! Definitely a strong motivator.

I'll also admit publicly that my avatar is now more than 4 years old, taken when we were on the PG on May 2000. My weight has been up and down since then, I was at a low point just then, and had been maintaining for several years. After that I had surgery which affected my mobility for a while, and well, you know the rest of the story. But I'm back on track now!
