Walking in water and/or swimming is not bad idea except that I am a wimp. If the water isn't bath temperature I don't want to stay in it. We belong to the rec center at the university and they do have a nice pool, only open after noon, heated but not hot. I may have to suck it up and change my daily routine to work out after lunch.
