Weigh in was today and the scales are moving in the right direction. No exercise for me, but, I am generally just trying to move more.
Went to Costco this week and bought a bag of prepared boneless, skinless grilled chicken breast all cut up. Then I bought salad kits and I am actually bringing lunch to the office. I haven't done that in YEARS. I also brought a nice big salad bowl and some good silverware and a wine glass for my water. Bad news is doing dishes at work, but, I feel really good eating.
