I enthusiastically second Priscilla's suggestion that using an experienced Regent agency, such as Brown & Keene (the best), is more important than being able to meet with the agent in person. Most of B&K's loyal clients live a long ways from Dallas and still get the best service imaginable from that group of talented and tireless ladies.
