You did this so well, I will give it a shot. Bob and I took our first cruise about 15 years ago on the Norway. We loved our cruise and met lovely people, with whom we still correspond. We enjoyed the food, were not crazy about the itinerary, but never really made it back to cruise again for whatever reason. This coming June we will celebrate our 25th anniversary. To mark the occassion we began looking into cruising again. Friends of ours that own a cruise only agency suggested Radisson or Silversea as a very special experience to mark the event. So, we treated my parents and booked the trip last September (I am a brat and cannot wait to celebrate these events) :D Could not have been more pleased with the ship and the staff. Found lots of support and information on that other board. We are also in the 35-65 range. In addition, last fall had an opportunity to visit Oklahoma City for the weekend and were very pleased to meet the dolebludgers who showed us their city and let us leave our dog at their home while we had dinner!
We have a beautiful maltese Dino who is the joy of my life and the reason I don't plan more cruises. We are also planning a voyage in 2005 with friends. Andi - you should never feel foolish. You give great information. We hope to meet you one day. Oh, I forgot, we are originally New Yorkers, transferred to Connecticut and now live here in the midwest.
