Liz,

You say things so eloquently. You have a lot of heart. Rescuing Harley shows you have lots of compassion.

I lost my dearest friend, Aunt who was more like a mother to me, and both my parents within a four year period. I truly can relate to what you have said. I told my husband, Alan, that I feel as if the 60 Minutes clock is ticking inside me - I want to take all life has to offer in. Loosing loved ones makes you feel vulnerable and in a race to do all you can and be all that you can be, because time is very fleeting. I don't take anything for granted (actually, I never did). I especially feel that it's important to tell those you love and care about, exactly how you feel about them each and every day. Never leave anything unsaid. My life is not about money, but about relationships and experiences. I feel I am the better for living my life this way.

I think you and I have lots in common. Very much looking forward to meeting you in May! Hopefully, some of the trips you anticipate taking will find us on the same journey!

Denise

Retired and loving it!
