The whole "Already Booked" feature is very frustrating to me....as a passenger booked on a B-2-B (Fort Lauderdale to Southampton) I can't book any excursions online while passengers on either segment can conveniently do so. I'm not sure the dining reservations will work either - when I logged in today I got the option to open bookings for the first segment but the only restaurant and date available was the first day of our cruise in Signatures - nothing else.
It seems like a very poor business practice to penalize the passenger with the longer booking while allowing segment passengers access. Just my 2 cents!
My other concern, as a single passenger, is how we can book to be sure we are seated with friends who will also be reserving online?
