Thanks for the heads-up about dining reservations, Eric. My problem is that we never seem to know ahead of time what nights we want to go to one of the specialty restaurants. We definitely like to be in Compass Rose for the captain's dinner, and I have no idea which night that will be. And with our evening whale watch excursion we'll have only six dinners onboard! We may opt for Prime 7 as our only specialty restaurant this trip, since we've done Signatures several times (on Voyager). Hmmm ... so many good choices. Clearly we have not booked a long enough cruise!!!! :)
