Just curious, would everyone be satisfied if they just allowed cash back on any OB credits, given that many seem to be upset over this excursion charging issue? I won't have a problem burning my credits in the spa, but if I did, would not want to spend that money just to get rid of it in the gift shop. It really doesn't apply to that many cruises, so I don't see why Regent would have a problem doing this rather than suffering a PR nightmare that is already bad enough given the difficulties with the website.
