My understanding is that this is a big issue that hasn't been resolved yet. It sure doesn't hurt to voice your concern to Regent. I just don't think any final decisions on how to handle this problem have been made. At this point, I don't know what we're going to do with our AMX Platinum credit on the 7-day Baltics cruise if we can't apply it to excursions or get any cash. In fact, this may be the last straw in my decision to cancel the card. We don't fly enough to take advantage of the access to FF clubs to make it worthwhile if we can't effectively use the cruise credit, which is why I got the card in the first place. --------------
