Dena, were you able to get biz class all the way with award travel on American? United won't release biz flights to me, even though I have given up the points. I am biz on USAir from East Coast to SFO, but on my United flights over the Pacific (the really important ones!), they say nothing available SFO to KIX(Osaka) and return from Hong Kong. I started booking 331 days out.
