Forgot to add that we had dinner with Captain Felice a couple nights ago. He has a great personality and we spent most of the night laughing. The Chef came by our table to discuss the pasta lunch the next day and to inform the Captain he had dropped of his uniform for the cooking session in his cabin. The Captain said "Great, but it better not make me look stupid!". You saw Ken's picture of him cooking--I think he looked great as a pasta chef.
