Grilled cape salmon, new potatoes, patti pans and fennel sauce

oven roasted quail, cous cous, baby carrots, pomegranate jus

roasted rack of lamb, garlic creamed potaotes, fine beans,rosemary jus

Dessert
creme brulee
or
chocolate torte, with vanilla ice cream
or
cheese selection

This was even BETTER than it sounds and a wonderful table for eight right in front of the fireplace. Great night now I am about to HIT THE SACK.
