Marc, in response to your question, Are we really due additional compensation beyond making us whole? I do feel that everyone on the cruise was inconvenienced to some extent by the delay and some form of fair good will gesture by Regent is appropriate.

Tina, I agree with you that Mark Conroy did the right thing by quickly stating Regent would at least try to make people whole. I do disagree with his contention that, "This is an event that is hard to anticipate, failure of the propulsions system should not normally be on our radar screen." Problems with Azipod systems have been well publicized over the last few years.

I also didn't mean to convey that the problems with the delay were tough on me. It was a fantastic cruise. Lauri and I both had a great time and I have the pictures to prove it. Tom.
