I'd like to see cuisine tied to the ports, too (like spiny lobster???). We did have venison, pheasant, and ostrich on the Navigator; I had the first two and they were heavenly. The ostrich was in a stir-fry with cilantro, and I simply can't stand cilantro (got a salad once that was apparently all cilantro and no lettuce).
