They could double the bandwidth by paying MTN for it but I understand the cost would also double. It would seem to be a worthwhile investment for guest satisfaction. Automatic disconnect after X minutes of inactivity would help a lot. I don't think they anticipated so many laptops being brought aboard when they gave free internet with so few nights on Regent. Skype takes a lot of bandwidth so that may not be an option to unblock it, so keep sailing on Regent and get free satellite phone use...

Larry, I like your idea of suggesting ideas in this thread so let's try to keep it on a positive note of what can be done rather than complaining about what isn't happening.
