Ambien work great and there is also the "NO JET LAG" pills. You can buy them at places like Trader Joes ( if you have one in your area or maybe health food store, Whole Foods markets , travel stores etc.)costs about $10.00 and they work. If you do a search for no jet lag pills you'll see what the package looks like.
