Well, for us the assigned seating on Crystal and the higher level of "nickel and diming" are "deal breakers. I doubt that Crystal will ever go to open seating for two reasons. First, it requires larger dining rooms to have open seating than Crystal's two fixed seatings. Going to open seating would require a major revamp of the ships. Second, many Crystal regulars actually prefer the two fixed seating concept, and consider this a plus for Crystal. On the "nickel and diming" issue, I understand that Crystal recently began including all soft drinks and bottled water at no extra charge. That's at least a step in the right direction, as a large part of our "bar bills" when we have taken less inclusive ships that Radisson consisted of these things.

Thanks,
Richard
