Adding one more zany would sure make a wish come true!
Good question, Maria. I don't know how many people are allowed on a trivia team. Anyone know the answer? Too bad we can't Google the answer. However, we have a lifeline - Oh, Joanna! We need you to answer our question!

On Navigator last, it was supposed to be limited to 5, but there were several teams with more. I am sure we had 6 and even 7 during one or two of the team trivia and tea sessions.
JoAnn - Frank and Frank make great trivia partners - we won or came awfully close with the three or four of us on more than one cruise!

Sounds to me as if we have lots of LCTers with good heads for trivia!
Okay, Joanna, we won't keep on badgering you to join CROSS, or Olivia either. :( Besides, I couldn't in good conscience ask you to give up LAMB, which will be a wonderful experience. Our land trip to New Zealand a couple of years ago ranks at the top of John's memories list and second only to perhaps the Greek Isles for me, if that.
Editing to say: Silly me. My New Zealand comment doesn't make much sense, as I see now that LAMB is mostly a crossing. I had it in my head that LAMB was circumnavigating much of New Zealand. Oh well, I'll stop badgering you anyway, but you will remain our trivia lifeline!

It's up to six to a trivia team--on some ships they're really strict about it and others it's a guideline. I also love Trivia--Ngaire and I cleaned up in Trivia on our cruise from Sydney to Auckland. I'm good at the general knowledge, history, current events, science and geography stuff, maybe math but worthless when it comes to entertainment and sports. Since we have so many avid trivia players, we may need to have more than one team. I want the chocolate team!! Interesting that we would have this chocolate discussion--tonight we're off to a "Wine and Chocolate" event at a local winery. (Yes, we do have decent winerys in Texas!).

So how many does that make for the chocolate team? Denise, Priscilla, Kathy, Peggy, Maria and me? Have we left anyone out? Well there is Frank and Frank. I think Don and Diana were interested too, who else? I can be on a different team, maybe we can have "chocolate 1" and "chocolate 2" and just all sit together and Joanna can be the lifeline that we share. I don't know if our friends, Neil and Carol like trivia or not. Peggy, you know about your friends, although they are only on the Med portion, so they may not have a lot of trivia type stuff since its so port intensive. I don't know about Fred and Pat either - Kathy???? you know them best I think.

I do not recall Fred and Pat at Trivia and Tea on any of our cruises.
We will have to see what time they have us all scheduled for Cordon Bleu too.

Oh right - although I have not totally 100% committed to that, I am signed up, but just not locked in yet.
I'm sure it will work out, and we will probably end up with two teams - we could even switch around from day to day.

We are definately in. Diana is pretty good (I am being modest for her). Let's put it this way, she has Jeopardy on Tivo season pass and while I'm on the LCT board, she is on the Jeopardy boards.
I'm along just for the ride. I can do somewhat OK on the geography questions, but Diana does really well in most of the other areas. I married up, that's for sure!

It sounds like at least two teams. I think we should just switch around every day--we can figure out some kind of rotation system to do it in an organized way. I think you're right that there won't be much trivia on the Med portion--but if there is I'm sure Charlotte will want to play--not sure about Wayne. Don't know if Fred and Pat play Trivia or not--we didn't have any trivia on the Hanseatic cruise. They declined to play Pooch with us, but Trivia may be different--I'm sure they'd both be great at it.

Great--I'm an experienced cheerleader from way back in high school days. Unfortunately, I no longer have my pom poms and I certainly can't do the splits any more. I probably can't even jump without injuring myself on the landing. But I can yell, for sure!!!!!

Joanna, I would rather have Almond Joy wrappers, because sometimes you feel like a nut! For me, that is almost always! :D
OK, cheerleaders. We may need to sing the song that plays during Final Jeopardy while doing team trivia! Da-da-da-da, da-da-da, da-da-da-da, da, da-da-da-da-da, da-da-da-da, da-da-da, da, da-da, da, da, da, da! Hope we can remember the words! LOL
OK, for extra points. What is the name of the song and who wrote it? OK here is a hint. The person that wrote it was also the "Elevator Killer" in the movie, "The Man with Two Brains."

Merv Griffin, the show's executive producer, created the series in his living room in 1964. He also wrote the famous "think" theme music played over the "Final Jeopardy!" round and the credits.

Didn't you Californian's just have massive rains in Dec/Jan early Feb? Hard to believe things got so dry that you are now dealing with wildfires. Take care and keep us updated.
