Oh, guys, I'm so sorry, too, not to be on Dingo. Clyde was just diagnosed with PMR (something like Fibromyalgia only for Old people!)and we were so afraid he would not be able to take the long plane trip and any walking, etc. The only consolation is that we have been to Aus. and NZ so we have seen most of what you will be experiencing. Going on FUN will be so easy for us since we live in NE FL. We're signed up for CANADA so if any of you are on that, we may meet after all. Beth, I'm going to miss your time thingy! I watched it all the time to see how far we had to go to DINGO. She's really getting close to Nov. Have a ball!!

Jean, Sorry to hear about Clyde's ailment. It does sound like FUN will work better for you two. Maybe someone will set up a cruise counter for that cruise for you. It just takes a few minutes to set up.

Ah, I see! There are more on CANADA. I haven't paid much attention to CANADA since Alice won't let us go on any cruise that has ports of call that we can drive to! Besides, we're headed out on Oct 29 '11 for Barcelona to board the Mariner going from Barcelona to Venice. HOWEVER, we'll be around on the 21st when CANADA is in port in Gloucester! That will be so cool! Hummm, is it $$$ that causes a ship to go to Gloucester instead of Boston? What a pain!

Good question...Gloucester is lousy place - sorry if some like it - it is NOT Boston - sure Frank can fill us in -

I would assume the ship would be tendering in, and I would think thats a lot cheaper than docking at Black Falcon Terminal in Boston... I guess everyone wil be in for a treat because there will be no line to see the Gortons Fisherman headquarters!!!! Right!!!!! Maybe a ride over to Salem to see all the crazy witches or something.. A few extra cocktails makes everything Ok... I do hope they end up stopping in Newport, RI that is a great port and at that time of year a lot less crowded...
