Today our World Cruise Documents arrived as promised by B&K.! It still seems like a far-fetched dream that an adventure like this can come true but the documents indicate it is for real and not a dream.

We promptly spread the documents over our dining room table to mull over at our convenience and make additional decisions as tour excursions that we should possibly consider. At present, we have made reservations to visit the Great Wall, The Terra Cotta Warriors and the Taj Mahal. A good start.

Nothing more to add now as it's time to calm a rapidly beating heart.

We were very disappointed when you canceled "LAMB" with us but very excited for you to do the World Cruise. WOW! What a wonderful cruise you are going to have. Could not happen to a nicer couple. Enjoy every moment.

B&K/L.C.T. certainly was a good find for us as a lot of time we are clueless and therefore drop everything in Ngaire's lap and watch her make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. We come away happy litle piglets.

Just as important to us have been the endearing friendships that have developed as a result of this site. They mean a great deal to us.

If we hadn't found B&K there is no way we would have done Africa like we did on ROAR and absolutely would never have given consideration to a World Cruise. Obviously our eyes have been opened to the world and we yearn to see more and we will

L.C.T. really has some very good Bloggers that have kept us apprised of what they've seen and done and I'll try to do the same but it will be my style.....whatever that is :>)

Regent Seven Seas will offer 2008 world cruisers an exclusive evening reception in Honolulu with Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle. The event will be held at her ceremonial residence, Washington Place.
The Jan. 13 reception is open to passengers on the full 115-night cruise aboard Seven Seas Voyager.

Washington Place was the home of Queen Lili’uokalani, Hawaii’s last reigning monarch. Following her death, the building served as the governor’s executive mansion for 80 years until its designation in 2007 as a National Historic Landmark.
