Well you have me curious we use the Chase Sapphire Card but the refund has not hit our card yet. Hope it is a nice surprise although I cannot imagine what it would be other than a standard refund!

Amex refund came relatively quickly; Chase I did start a dispute; I wanted to get the dispute in within 540 days of charge. Dispute finalized in around a week. All of this was when I cancelled; not Crystal.

I have found out that there is an "arrangement" somehow between Crystal and AMX. All the AMX cards are being refunded but other types of cards are not. So it will probably still take 90 days for the other cards to refund.

That's interesting. I certainly didn't expect the refund as quickly as it came. You have to wonder where the cruise companies are getting cash these days. Glad I used my Amex.
Didn't Crystal have some sort of discount last year if you used a Chase card?

I went ahead and filed a dispute with Chase. The lady told me the deposit was made too long ago, but I have already received a credit for the final payment. I don’t think the agent was familiar with high end cruising. When I told her the amount, she was not believing it was for 2 people. At any rate, I have at least some of my money back.

I have gotten the final payment part that I disputed refunded by Chase. The initial deposit was too long ago according to Chase, so just waiting and waiting. Same with the deposit on the Crystal Endeavor cruise that I cancelled. Too long ago.
