Greg, Viv, Tonya & I are departing on the Silver Cloud this Tuesday 12 June from Tower Bridge in London. We would love if someone can stalk us and get a picture of us sailing under Tower Bridge. We are scheduled to depart London at 7:30pm local time, which is 2:30pm Eastern Time in the US.

I'm getting the same picture on the web-cam that I have for the past few days, doesn't seem to be updating every 5 seconds.

Nope that's an old recording. All the webcams I find say the camera is off line or not functioning. Oh well. John has texted me a great pic of the bridge opening.

It was such a thrill. We have now had the privilege to of sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge and Tower Bridge. Thinking of other iconic bridges could be next.

That was fun, John!!!! I loved seeing the people waving at you.

Was that the Shard on the port-side of the ship as you sailed out?

The Shard Tower was off our port as we were pulled aft first through the bridge. We were docked along side the HMS Belfast. We had to board a tender at Tower Pier then scoot across the Thames to the Belfast. We then boarded the Cloud from the deck of the Belfast. It was funny to see the Belfast's guns aimed directly into the Cloud's dining room!

I could hear Kashena (one of the entertainers from the Cloud) laughing throughout the Soviet Bus video. If you've met her it's unmistakeable!

Greg is a good sport!

She was sitting right beside me on the bus. What a laugh!! Did you catch her country show in Panarama? Tonya and Viv saw it and loved it. She's really talented. She was great in the Beatles and ABBA shows also. I never cared much for the entertainment on cruises, but this cruise had some really talented kids on board. The shows were packed (even the 10pm shows) with standing room only for the Beatles and ABBA.

The person sitting beside Viv on the Soviet Bus was certain that Greg was a "plant". Even when Viv told her that he's her husband, she didn't believe it. He was a great sport. It was the highlight of his cruise. We have never laughed so hard on an excursion. The guide was so talented. He owns the company that gives the tours. He also does James Bond tours of the old Soviet Prison. Your group are put into prison cells with Russian guards, then you are rescued by James Bond and the Bond girls. You climb over prison walls with them firing AK-47s at you (fake of course) and end up on speed boats racing away from the prison. Looks like a lot of fun.

Oh this is a riot, john! Def a worthwhile excursion - and the James Bond thing would be so cool to surprise someone with....What a trip - LOVE T & V's tiara's!!
