not to mention the ironing and the tidying of the room. i think i have gained 5 pounds just having drinks with Joanna while David finished the last minute tidying.......after the room was already clean. best of times:) :)

we have had laughs for sure - we now have free laundry - will this stop the packing of 32 shirts for 25 nights doubt it ... he tried on his slacks today - OMG another suitcase he needs them all :D :D :D :D

If this cruise were 26 days, we would get the laundry. Luckily, are cabin is right next to laundry room.

Got free laundry on last cruise. Went home with clean clothes. Going right back in suitcase tomorrow. Next best thing is being across from laundry room.

Joanna...you were hoping for one bag a piece on a 25 night cruise???? Wow...you are a good traveller... We'll be lucky if we have 4 large and 2 small.
Can anyone tell me...in the cooler climates...Taiwan, Korea, China....are jeans okay for daytime wear? Thanks!

Kathy: we toy with the one suitcase, each, every trip it never works!!!! and you are right 25 nights impossible for us we just discussed it - I hope jeans are ok as that was my plan hope to hear from others - Kathy are you checking luggage all the way thru from Fl to Sydney???

I think we might make it in two each plus a carryon. Free laundry would make it a bit easier as would a single climate.

Editing my last post. Seems I got "nights" for Tut, I just didn't see it on my "lineup" of cruises taken. Honestly, I am so far from my next level, Titanium, that is is just a dream at this point, so I guess I wasn't paying attention!

Pammy, jeans will be fine. That's what we've worn on both trips to China.
We're planning to take 2 large suitcases (cross packing) and one carry on for our 2 nights in Chengdu as we plan to leave large bags in secured storage at Beijing airport.

Less than 24 hours and we will be on our way to Sydney. Guess we are probably the first to arrive on the 17. spending 3 nights on Kangaroo Island. Koala's in the wild. Friday night going to the Opera house. Great way to start a great trip.

Since we have a fair number of sea days, I'm planning to do a blog similar to the one I did on LLAMA. I hope to post a few photos along the way on LCT, but most will probably be on the blog. Besides, we have Ken for photos!
We are scheduled to leave Friday, arriving Sunday morning. We are staying at a small boutique hotel, the Establishment.
