We're home, too.
Our 5pm flight to Westchester Airport got cancelled last night. We were able to book to JFK today. It left sorta on time and arrived on time. We're home. I'm back from the supermarket. the dogs are happy. We await the snow.
FUN2 was a blast. Andi & I kept talking about how we wish it had been longer.
Glad so many got home already.

Doug

I am home but I sure as heck haven't unpacked yet! I will try to upload pix tomorrow. I hope everyone keeps checking in, this weather has me nervous for those flying into the stormy areas!

We made it home on the only AA flight from MIA to BOS today. All flights after ours were cancelled. We departed a couple of hours late as they had to find a cockpit crew, but we are glad to be here. Doing some unpacking & just waiting for the storm to roll in, which has been upgraded to a blizzard warning. And...it's cold!!!

ken and i arrived home around 8pm - snow started just as we got on the 401 heading out of the Toronto airport -

we had a great time this past week - we met wonderful people, and were made to feel so welcome (we're newbies to this group) -

thanks to everyone for including us in their FUN! - and we hope to meet you again on a not-to-distant voyage! -

janis and ken

We made it home on time actually. Flight was one of few not cancelled. Long day at the airport though as our flight wasn't until 3:30. A little snow here, but nothing major. Now back to reality. Got to get on the treadmill this morning, get to the grocery store, unpack, start laundry and finish putting away the remaining Christmas decorations.

Great time on FUN2, seeing those we knew, meeting new friends and connecting with some we sort of knew.

See some of you on CANADA. Russ and Susan, will see you on pre CLEO.

We got home around 10:30 last night but spent the afternoon on the Mariner visiting with old friends who are on SoAm trip. It was like a mini post vacation from FUN2.

Just loved our week on FUN2...stayed up too late, drank too much, ate too much...what else is new ? We loved it!!

Joanna, use Picasa free upload and you can easily post pictures (web album) and this way anyone who wants to grab a photo can do it without buying it, just "save as" with a right click.

What a FABULOUS week...just wish it had been longer! The crew and the Mariner were all A +++

Such a fun time!
I didn't take many photos nor could I ever compete with the LCT real photographers with real cameras, but HERE is a link to my little photoshow if you'd like to see.
cheer

Home now as well - got in the front door just before 12 noon. Our flight was cncelled yesterday and we overnighted in FLL near the airport. Caught a glimpse of Marc and Arlene @ the Delta Club first thing this a.m. We were put on a direct flight to LAX which was better than the connection we were scheduled on going through Atlanta yesterday.

Had a blast! Great seeing old friends and meeting new ones!

Fun Stuff, Betty.
But why did it seem that everyone kept in the bar? How odd for LCT'ers.

Doug, perhaps that is why I didn't see you and Andi much on this cruise? You don't do late night bars?

Betty, what a nice photo show. I probably took only a dozen shots on this cruise. Camera too big for a purse, but I'm about to change that. Some of the "lens lads" are now sporting Canon S95's in their pockets, so sounds good to me. Richard showed me by taking a picture once in Horizons Lounge of Don and Michele, no flash, just perfect, and not yellow!

This was our 5th Regent cruise, and we hafta disagree with so many here. We did not know we cud preorder stuff, and when we finally found out and did, the staff had no record of the order. Thus, we only had food from the menu.

The service was not up to Regent par. 25 min to get a Coke in Compass Rose is inexcusable.

Guess ya gotta be in the ingroup, which we obviously were not

Hopefully our Istanbul-Egypt cruise in fall will be better. I wrote to Mr Conroy to consider substituting Gallipoli instead of Athens, to see the Trojan horse and the WW 1 battlefields, since so many have been to Athens

Vireya: I did not realize you could special order until we had been on several trips - I do not think being part of some "in group" has thing to do with it - met 2 couples, first time Regent cruisers, they special ordered every other night with no problem - I'd be mad about COKE wait too!!! 25 minutes wow I'd have had it in front of me after 7 minutes TOPS ;) ;) and welcome to LCT wealth of info to be found here.
