Wow Robert you took tons of photos!

I guess if there is one thing worse than wine and candid photos it's wine, food with chopsticks and candid photos! cheer :pass:

I had so much fun. Can't imagine a better food, wine, friends and fun weekend. :D

Love the pictures, Robert! But it was kind of spooky to see Marilyn turn into a guy in the last few shots.

Wow, I guess I really did have a bit too much wine. cheer

I would kill for some of those dumplings that you slurp off of the spoon. Right Robert? Most interesting thing.... ;)

Two things they didn't pass around and I should have spoken up to have them bring some to us was their Singapore Noodles (they make them very good here) and minced squab in lettuce cups.....

I saw the minced squab going around but that was after we were pretty much done. I could eat that entire meal all over again! Heck I could re-do that event!! Over and over - wouldn't change a thing.

Yeah, Lauri those things that you slurped off the spoon with soup inside. How'd they do that? The most amazing thing! Remember what you said, L? I've never seen a person turn quite that shade of red before. I'd quote you, but in the spirit of "what happens in San Francisco......"

Yes AL, shanghai buns...mmmmmmm

I can't believe we didn't have one of the waiters take a group shot? What was I thinking?

I did match the color of my jacket pretty well didn't I? It was innocent I swear!!

I got a kind of, sort of group shot, but the lighting is really bad.

I could go for Dim Sum every week. The rest of the weekend, well, I might need a liver transplant if I kept that up. cheer

I said it was kind of a group photo...didn't say if it was front or back!!

Oh well, just another reason to do it again.

Did you upload them to Kodak, because I used to be able to but for some reason can't now. If you can, thanks!!

Lauri, why don't you just download your photos to the ofoto site like Todd did? We would love to see them! I'm sure not all photos are "from behind!"

Robert there must be something wrong with your camera. I don't look like that. What is really odd is that it takes good pictures of everything and everyone else.Perhaps I should find a Plastic Surgeon.

I've uploaded Lauri's photos...some pretty good shots!

Lauri - I drop them on photobucket.com and copy the image [IMG] code to LCT. Easier on the bandwidth or something.

Naw, Bette - it's my camera - one of those cheap imported jobs!!!

Great photos guys! We call those dumplings Shanghai dumplings not buns. But whatever they're called, they're GOOD. San Francisco has some of the best in the US. Hard to get good ones here in HI.

We used to go to Koi Palace all the time when we were in the Bay Area but one of these days, might actually need to try Yank Sing.

I was dying to know how the soup was placed in the wrapper - I just couldn't figure it out.

Now that I know it seems so obvious....

Seems like a fairly complicated recipe - I'll have to see if Paul is feeling creative this weekend!

So that's how they do it!

Way too complicated for me, easier to fly to SF and go to Yank Sing.

Or if you guys are feeling creative, can I come for brunch? ;)
