The photographic skills in this group are amazing.

After looking at the albums I feel like I was there, can't wait till November for the real thing - thanks for the preview!

Kathy, beautiful scenery pix! I prefer people pix & find scenery boring but these were exceptional and how could you go wrong with those ingredients!
I'm lucky to have seen this part of the world and still think it's the most mystical and lovely......with the French Riviera coming in second.

Of course, I didn't notice that there were different albums so I just clicked on slideshow. I pretty much knew I had the wrong album when I saw snow :)

I did find the right album, Kathy. Nice photos!

Kathy - WOw!!!! These pictures are amazing!!! You really captured the flavor of French Polynesia. You are an incredible photographer. It was tough to pick a favorite - but if I must, it has to be picture #3 "View from our bed at sunset". What a view!!!

Karen,

Those other photos your found were Glaciers, not snow, from my Alaska 2001 trip. I had put a few up when we were thinking about an LCT Alaska.

Great pictures, Kathy! You took a picture of "the bounty"! I was trying to describe that dessert to someone, and just could not!

Fabulous Photos, Kathy! You truly have a good eye. What type of camera did you use?
Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the compliment. I use two cameras. Most of the scenery and some of the people were taken with a Canon D20 SLR with a 50mm 2.8 Macro lens and a few were taken with a Canon Powershot G2.
