I agree with Tom. This was not handled well. They at least owe Tryan an apology--directly. It makes you wonder what would happen to someone not savvy enough to bring the problem public to the company's core clientele.
Of course, it hasn't caused me to cancel any cruises with them. Bit I'll admit I'm left feeling rather uncomfortable about them. But I'm also remembering a situation I had a few years back in which a problem came up and RSSC stepped up and resolved.
