I feel the need to step up to the mike here and say that Mark and I had pretty much ruled out Crystal LONG before I had any clue who Ngaire was. I'm quite good at internet research, and when we decided that we wanted a cruise experience beyond the mass market product, I went looking. I also called a cruise agent who I had done business with in the past (who is apparently not in business anymore) and got brochures from her. She booked our first RSSC cruise, and at that point we knew we had found our cruise home. But we still watch Silverseas, Crystal and Seabourne, just in case something catches our eye.

We have never been "gung-ho" cruisers, one cruise a year is all we are interested in at this point. So, for the one a year, RSSC is a great choice for us.
