In my experience, dealing with banks and travel agencies, I very strongly prefer the later. Of course that may be the nature of the beast. We've only a little experience with Oceania, so I can't really comment myself, but my sister has cruised with them twice and has nothing but raves. I just wish they would let you get on or off in Manaus on their 26 day round trip cruise from Ft. Lauderdale (Miami?) up the Amazon and back.
