You know what is so ironic? The card we used to pay for our Regent Voyager trip, issued by BMW Bank, charged us the 2% fee. However, back when we made a partial payment for ROAR2, we weren't charged any foreign transaction fee, even though it clearly stated South Africa/ZAR on our statement. Very strange!!!
