Not everyone has to go in for an interview. What criteria they use, I don't know. But they renewed George's without an interview. I had to go in for the interview in Chicago. I was able to do it on a long layover. We thought maybe the difference for us, since we have virtually the same travel patterns as far as international travel goes, was because I have a narcotics license.
