We also did the Dolphin Meet and Greet which involved patting him, getting splashed, posing for photos, etc. All touristy stuff but impressive to get close to them.

Our room faces west so the sunsets are pretty good!

One thing to note, at dusk or evenings the black tip sharks come out to hunt. 3-4 feet long they glide around looking for dinner. Bit of a shock to see it from the deck even though I know they are not man-eaters. I also saw a stingray off the balcony last night hunting around in the lights from the bungalows.

After the first night we decided the hotel restaurants were pretty mediocre. So for two nights we ended up at the Mayflower French restaurant. Sensational dinners. They send a complimentary car/taxi for you to the hotel to pick you up, drop you at the restaurant for dinner and then take you back. The food was amazing and very good value – even the wine list was very reasonable prices for some excellent quality wines. Here is the lobster ravioli:
