I sent this to my friends.....hope you don't mind me posting this here....it's after a few glasses of wine.

Well after taking all our clothes from STL and flying out to PSP and picking up all that we had there, we drove to LAX on the 17th. .....In a van, a car wouldn't hold it all. Bonnie only cries periodically about leaving Bailey now. Hopefully that is a good sign....I want her to have fun.

We flew from Lax to Auckland NZ on Air New Zealand in coach (I had to pay for it) and it wasn't bad at all. We took a sleeping pill after takeoff and had seven good hours of sleep. The flight was 12:15 long. The food was wonderful....I guess I just miss airline food.....to me it was like a good home cooked meal.

After landing in NZ we went to pick up our bags....one of the four was missing. We figured out that another pax picked up ours by mistake.....he had to of been a stout fellow to pick it up....anyway after a few hours a truck dropped it off at our hotel, the Hyatt Regency. So all is well.....

Will hopefully write more as we go along.....
