I called my bank to find out about my debit card….they charge 2%. I called CapitalOne and they don’t charge anything, but I had to get an “override”, or else I wouldn’t have been able to use it out of the country they told me.
That’s good because we leave LAX tonight for Auckland and the Mariner.
