Kimmi, I saw (maybe) two men that wore suits on PG last year. In fact it is comfortably casual. There was a group from Russia that wore torn faded blue jeans to dinner & nothing was said to them. I am not a fancy person, but I really didn't think that they were dressed appropriate for dinner. But, maybe they thought they looked OK.
