Welcome Joanie and Tom! You will have a ball.
Editing to give an official welcome to Marcie and Tom! A birdie tipped me off a few days ago that it was in the works.

Marcie and Tom,
Carol and I are so envious. You are doing FUN 2 and then staying on the ship to do the round So America . Great planning. You were going to Florida any way for So Am now you work FUN 2 into. What a planner. Looking forward to a terrific time. Who brings the chips and cards. I think Tom as he will need them for a few times after FUN 2.

I ALWAYS try to remember to bring duct tape Todd, you never know when it will save the day or someone's luggage (usually ours)!
Karen, Pat and I will be in 863.
It has been a long time since we've sailed with some; less time for others. We're looking forward to seeing old friends again, naking new friends, enjoying the cruise and just having a grand old time!
[size=8]Too Many To List - 416 days & counting on Radisson/Regent, and 150+ days on 8 other lines, with one cruise booked next month on the Mariner, Miami to Honolulu 22 days

Yikes I cant stand it. How can you all get together without Ken and me. We talked this morning and Ken and I are going to fly in the night before the ships sails. One night is better than nothing with so many LCT'ers gathered together.
Yeah we will get to see everyone! Some the night before on the 3rd and we can get on board before sailing on the 4th and see everyone.

This is has been so amazing to be a part of and we aren't even on the ship yet!
Alice and I will be in early and attend the dinner or whatever is going on pre-cruise. We are probably going to fly down on the 31st. We might fly into Orlando, see the new "Wizarding Wolrd of Harry Potter" that opened last month at Universal Studios. Then head south and do an Everglades tour.
For excursions, we are going to be very scuba dive or snorkel focused.
Key West: We've done the Fury Catamaran Snorkel before. We'll do that again if I don't book a dive. Cozumel: Scuba Diving Belize: Still open to being "propelled out of the mouth of the cave", but I think I'm close to convincing her that "Absolute Paradise" would be better. Or scuba diving depending on what we do in Santo Tomas the next day. Santo Tomas: Hoping for Tikal Costa Maya: Scuba diving

Does anyone know how many people Prime 7 seats? I thought it would be fun if maybe we all reserve on the same night, maybe our sea day as we would be sure no one would be out on late excursions.
If anyone has any interest, I can start a post to sign up and we can see how many people and how many tables we would need to reserve.

Hi everyone. This cruise is going to be too much Fun2 miss. Please add Tom and Mona to the list, cabin 872.
We're looking forward to seeing everyone again, some people we haven't cruised with since MUSH.
We're in for the pre-cruise dinner and we'll be watching to see if a pre-cruise hotel consensus develops.
Can't wait. Tom and Mona.

OK- Karen we are in, as well as our friends Dick and Nancy (although they could end up not coming, who knows). Cabin numbers tomorrow.
Yes - we will come a day early Yes - dinner night before Yes - add us and Dick and Nancy to Prime 7 dinner.
They will use Regent air from LAX so have no idea yet if Regent will put them on a redeye or bring them in a day early, will let you know as soon as I do.
This will be one great party for sure.

We may want to look at booking hotels sooner rather than later. Next year's Orange Bowl is January 3rd. I have no idea how that affects the hotel situation in FLL since the game is in Miami, but if big teams are involved, it could. I'm sure there's plenty of capacity, but hotels may play games with the pricing.
Just a thought.

Forgot about that John and I was looking at a couple of hotels and thought prices seemed a little high - but I would guess that the sooner booked the better. Even the Embassy suites was over $200. We usually like Pier 66, so am going to check that out immediately.
Good point.
Maybe we can all bunk at Joanna and Tony's, and Betty and Larry's. LOL :p

Good morning! This is Viv (John & Tonya's friends). Greg & I booked this trip early this year. We tried to get some of our local Ft Laud friends to go ... but no takers. We thought we'd be alone.... but this is turning into quite the party!! Looking forward to connecting with old friends and making new!! I checked excursions this morning... and they are not up yet. Greg & I live locally in Ft Lauderdale. If anyone needs restuartant/hotel/ etc recommendations... please let us know. Happy 4th of July weekend to all. Greg & I are in 735.

We are staying at the Sheraton Fort Lauderdale beach hotel for 2800 Starwoods points and $45 cash. We stayed there last year and loved it, it's the old Yankee Clipper but has been remodeled.
