Just checked on to the RSSC web site to check "my cruises" - found that they had been deleted - showed 0 cruises. Clicked on "find my cruises" - the next screen asked for ship, month, confirmation number and my name. All information was entered, but it would not allow my name to be entered, so could not find my cruises. Is anyone else running into this? Really strange. Yes, reservation does exist - has been invoiced and deposited.

YES!
Problem has been around since they updated the site. It won't let you log out the "phantom" user and relog in yourself.
What you need to do is delete the cookie(s) for rssc and then start a new internet session. Click on my cruises and you should get window to enter your email address and password. I had thought that this would be a permanent fix but it is not. You keep having to follow these steps.

Or just log out and log back in. That works for me. I have to do it EVERY time I log in, or it will show 0 cruises for me.

Yes, you don't need to delete your cookies if you just log out and then back in. I thought it would be fixed by now!

Karen, that doesn't work for me; it won't actually log me out without deleting the cookies. I use both 98 and XP and have had problem on all three computers.

No - logging out doesn't work for me. Afraid that I don't know what a cookie is!

hrprof, a cookie is information that websites store on your pc. They are useful as they store your log-in info and passwords so you don't have to log in each time you visit a site.

I had the same problem a week or so ago, but when I logged out and then back on, my Europe cruise came up and then all I had to do was put in the ship, date and confo # for MUSH and it came right up. I did notice that it wasn't letting me put in my name, but once I logged out and then back on, the name was already there, and I just had to add the rest of the info. Good Luck!
