Received email with a list of a number of cruises being sold for 50% off; anyone jumping onboard?

Marcie our emails go out to our full client list. I have been out so not sure which flyer it is but I will see if I can find it. Clay is out as well, but Monday for sure we will send you a copy.

We didn't get it either. I know we are on the mailing list, as we just received a travel brochure like we get two or three times a year.l....but we did not get the calendar this year now that I think about it.

JoAnn - You are on the mailing list but I think sometimes things go into junk anyway. I will get it sent to you on Monday.

Signature mailings: You have probably noticed any emails now are from KLT directly not sending all the Signatures emails as we used to do each week. We now create our own flyers to limit the number of emails you get. No reason to get the same offer from us and Signature that just doubles the volume of emails.

We check every single booking when a new offer comes out to see if it is better to go with the NEW offer or if you already have a better offer. With so many offers flying around things often sound better than they really are as many things are not combinable with the new offer.

So even if you did not get the offer in your email if you have a booking with us and this offer applies to you and is a better deal then we would change the booking and let you know. If there are questions because you lose something to gain something else and a decision has to be made we contact you first.

I think we decided to cancel the calendar and might cancel the magazine. Though I think a magazine just went out. These items look like they came from KLT but they are from Signatures It is usually full of things we do not book then people dont understand why we sent it.

Thanks Ngaire. I always thought Ken's pictures were better than the one's in the calendar anyway. Will wait for the flyer tomorrow.
