We're onboard right now. Just went through a power outage the last 2 hours - thought that it would last much longer in which case we'd have been onboard their entire fleet when it was disabled.

Just a couple of notes. I normally like balconies but for this cruise, a balcony would have been an absolute waste since it's so cold out - last night the captain said we might see snow but we didn't even though the air temperature was only 31 F. Originally booked a G but after another look at the deck plan, decided to downgrade to H since H is only a few doors down from G. We're on 5 forward and have found it very convenient especially for getting on / off and Compass Rose.

Don't particularly like the ship though since we seem to be constantly walking through the Compass Rose to get elsewhere like the main lounge or theatre.

We've, along with another couple that we met onboard, have at least placed each day at trivia, with first place wins 3x so far. Off to today's trivia now.

Karen, if this post really belongs elsewhere on the site, please feel free to move it.

Apparently there was water in the diesel fuel.

Smart of you to save the money. We never used our balcony on our Canada cruise either. In warmer areas, I enjoy the balcony a lot, but not in the cold.
