A couple of 12-night cruises that Penny and I are looking at...Istanbul to Istanbul on the Mariner, or Amsterdam to Barcelona on the Voyager. Time to start planning!

Yes indeed finally 2015 is out.

Two really unique cruises in this grouping. These will end up escorted by Ken and me as we already have people expressing interest.

Voyager, July 6, 2015 - CPH to CPH - 20 nights
This does a perfect Norway trip then goes into the White Sea in Russia. A sea I had never heard of before. Visits Murmansk and the Solovetsky Islands in Russia.

Mariner, October 31, 2015 - Lisbon to Cape Town 24 nights
For country collectors this is a fantastic trip. People who did this trip when Regent offered it once before loved it. I was hesitant as this is real Africa not my beloved "South Africa". However the positive feedback turned me around and I have been waiting for a trip like this to come back.

Just glancing at the schedules there are a LOT of new ports and what I think are better itineraries in the MED. I noticed that Bari is on the schedule three times. This is Captain Felice's HOMETOWN. Those should be special trips. Dates are Mariner, April 30, Venice to Rome, June 11, Rome to Venice and July 19, Rome to Venice. We just did that itinerary last year wish that BARI had been on the schedule in 2013!

Another cruise that has not been offered for a while is Mariner, 12/9/15 the crossing Cape Town to Rio. I loved that trip lots of sea days and St. Helena was a surprise a great port.

ANY OTHER TRIPS POST HERE and the DATES and SHIPS so others can see what you found. Also if you do not want to post here email your BK consultant as well to express interest so we can plan OUR escorted dates where the most people are wanting to go.

As always for Ken and Ngaire's escorted trips we will go where the most interest lies. VOY150706 and MAR151031 have interest already so these will be escorted.

Mariner Portugal to Cape Town does look real interesting; however, need to see about vacation days. Spice and Zebra really tap me out. Also surprised to see that Cat H already gone; just Cat H guaranteed available. Arlene and I need to do some long range planning this weekend.

Who else is thinking of this cruise???

It is very difficult for us to go more than 14 days (the world can only hold its breath for so long!), so these are the candidates for our 2015 cruise...I hope that B&K will find one to host!

We can't do more than 14 days either (17 if the days fall right to include weekends). But the Sept 16-28 Istanbul to Istanbul cruise looks promising as we have not been to Israel yet.

Why does it show H-guarantee already when you can't book till the 19th ? Just asking !!!

They often retain H cabins for those doing back to back cruises just like they retain triple cabins for people who have the need for a triple. When the world cruise was taking place they saved certain areas of the ship for only full world cruise guests.

It is possible they may retain them for speakers these people have to have a cabin too.

Of course I want to sign up for everything! Al likes Tim's 1st cruise - Amsterdam to Barcelona. I like the July 6th cruise too, but Al worries about not being able to play golf! So many to choose from!

Kathy...Jim and Jan are coming to California for a visit next week...I will get them "on board" for Amsterdam to Barcelona, too!

There is no way Ken and I can do the Amsterdam to Barcelona because it conflicts with the Mariner cruise we are doing. The Amsterdam to Barcelona is a really good cruise one of my favorites. But we will see if one of the staff from Brown and Keene can go along to host instead. Perhaps we can have Clay Keene escort this and it will carry a $500 SBC.

We were so sad we wouldn't get to see them but when they're in OC...we're in San Jose babysitting our grandkids.

Are all of these options on Regent website? We didn't get any kind of emails showing the itineraries #&@%?

I just found the cruises on Regent board. Is anyone interested in something closer to home like this 21 day trip on the Navigator?

Not opening until February 19th after that date you will be covered in emails announcing the opening of Summer 2015. They only advise the TA council members initially and put the cruises up on the web so they can see all the details.

NO ONE can book until February 19th.

Ngaire...we looked at the three I picked out from first glance, and Amsterdam-Barcelona looks like out top choice, for timing and itinerary. I am really sorry that you and Ken can't do it, but it would be great if another team member could host a group. We'll stand by for Wednesday and see what others think...:-). By the way, I see that Regent is now offering expanded free wi-fi, which was maybe the biggest SSS benefit. How are they going to beef up the SSS goodies to still incentivize?

CLAY KEENE will be on that trip 9/30/15 trip as I do have people booking that trip. (Pending getting a contract from Regent but should not be a problem) He is my son that has been here for a few years now and handles all my "things" when I am gone. A male and YOUNGER version of me.

Free WI FI is ONLY on selected trips not across the board and now you have to be GOLD to get free wifi - current Silver Tiers grandfathered.

The speed is great now. Not like home but at least 10 times faster than it used to be I can work very effectively onboard now.

Susan, we would love to cruise with you and Russ again. I think it works really well for us too as we'd tie it in visiting our family both pre & post.

You call I come! This date works well for me. One month after Norway and one month before Lisbon to Cape Town. Beside I love sailing with you four and look forward to the cruise. So escorted it will be.

We did that cruise last fall and loved it. It's such a relaxing trip with really great ports. We'd do it again, but it's a little too soon. You all have fun!
