2015 early collection just got this email from Regent that was sent to all Council Members (top producers) not just me.

We are pleased to give you advance notice of our 2014/2015 Winter Season that will open for group contracts only, exclusively for you, on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at 8:30 am.

OF COURSE I leave for MARINER tomorrow October 3 they always open on the day we leave for a trip. Here is the link to the booklet with the itineraries and details, I just "glanced" at these.

I like the look of the MARINER 2/4/15 PPT to LIMA with Easter Island have done that once before and loved it. The one before 1/20/15 SYDNEY to PPT is good too.

Definitely interested in the 2/14/15Papeete to Lima trip. That would get George's wish to visit Easter island out of the way plus we already have Chilean visas.

I am pretty disappointed in the offerings; same old ports. I like the Sydney to Papeete and Papeete to Lima but why have a Papeete round trip stuck in the middle. Of course, too soon after Spice to be of interest to me.

They have one trip that stops in Burma but it is a long trip from Cape Town to Singapore just to get to Burma.

Another big disappointment is lack of SSS discount on most itineraries. Between giving more benefits to so called concierge and taking away SSS, it is as if Regent would rather attract new customers than hold onto old (demanding) customers.

As for concierge, when have they ever sold out concierge prior to selling out H and G cabins? They keep trying to expand the offerings so someday it will actually be in demand.

Oh well, with Spice and Zebra we aren't in the market for a cruise during this timeframe but I am afraid these limited offerings will probably continue to exist until they get the Explorer and then put Navigator on "one off" itineraries.

I am hearing rumors of a lot more changes in the Summer Release with a lot of new ports and some new itineraries I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Does anyone know when the Summer Release will happen?

Have done the Lima to Sydney several years ago and we really liked it. There were lots of sea days but the weather was beautiful though there will probably be at least one island you will miss because of sea's. We did not make Pitcairn but they came on board with lecture, crafts and dirt to stand on. Interesting people who now have more contact with the outside by internet. This is a good one to do with a group, people just seem more relaxed.

Summer 2015 should come out early 2014 probably around February is my guess.
