Turkey now allows tourist visas to be obtained online. ( Turkey e-Visa) The e-Visa costs $20 and a credit card may be used for payment. I found the process quick and easy.

Thanks for sharing. This will be a great help as the Australian electronic one is too. Now if we could only get Brazil to agree to something similar......

Turkey Visas were always easy. Just a quick stop at the booth, slide your credit card & passport to the clerk. He charged your card, stamped your Passport & off you went.
This seems much easier. And the same price, as I recall.
Cambodia has eVisa, too. But not for all ports. Since all Cambodian visas are single entry, we found that the eVisas were not good for all ports of entry. Ergo, while our eVisa for the Siem Reap airport cost about $56 for the 2 of us. Our visas provided by Regent for the cruise port of call (where the eVisa did not work) cost about $180 for the 2 of us. Kinda over-priced on Regent's side, I think.

Regent always charges at least double when they provide the visas.

Thanks for sharing. This will be a great help as the Australian electronic one is to o. Now if we could only get Brazil to agree to something similar...... Brazil makes us do what US makes Brazilians do to get visas - reciprocity!

Ted, we all love to skirt those Regent visa charges, and at least the Turkey one got easier, always was when you arrived there before the cruise (get at airport like Doug said). Hmmm....reciprocity I understand, but who started all that vis a vis Brazil, us or them?
I loved that electronic thing from Australia.

I loved that electronic thing from Australia. My uneducated guess is that we made it difficult for Brazilians to come here so Brazil made it difficult for us.
