We're sailing Miami to Seville on Azamara Quest and Paris to Porto back to back on AMA.

Peggy, yes that would be our very own Ted Case! Enjoyed lunch with him, and some time in Rio after Grand Prix. What a nice man, he told me he took his 20-something grandson on his previous cruise, maybe will do the same this time!

Olivia, PLEASE drop the "nice man" stuff - I'm trying to build a reputation as a "rake"!


BTW I never sign up on a roll call - afraid it will be a jinx and have to cancel. Someone else must have signed me up. I did cancel crossing but booked longer cruise..

Ted, I saw you on the cruise critic roll call, I didn't think it was OUR TedC because you didn't mention it over here! Needless to say, I am delighted to cruise with a rake!

Poor Karen won't get to be with him anyway, he said cancelled the crossing. Hmmmm, wonder what cruise he is now on? No wonder I didn't know he was on GP, he wasn't on the roll call. Ted, how are we ever to invite you for dinner in advance if we don't know you are there with us?

I think I was the only one who knew what rakish meant! It's a term my mother used to use so I was familiar with it.

And bummer on Ted cancelling, no wonder I didn't know he was on the sailing!
