Yes, I am doc dancing for the Nov 8 Mayan Jewels cruise on the Nav. I like the new magazine format for the docs (how many more of those folders do I need, after all?), but have one little complaint. The magazine does not include the full descriptions of all the excursions. I miss the little book that used to come with the docs. I like to carry it with me, and re-check if I want to change an excursion.

The magazine does list the excursions I'm signed up for (though I changed most of my excursions recently, and it lists the old ones, but I can't fault them for that). But it provides no descriptions of those or any others, except for the up-sells (the ones you'd pay extra for_.

So, if anyone up there is listening, please bring back the excursion descriptions.

I'm doc dancin', too. I am missed the descriptions of the excursions, also. Maybe Regent is thinking that they'll have the TV updates for us the watch?

Since our cruise leaves just a day after yours; I wonder if we might be dancing soon?

We got our docs in the old format because we're doing several segments and they only have the closer cruises in the magazine format. The excursion descriptions are all available online and you can download them in PDF format and have them on your laptop.

Yes, that's how I'll be carrying them. But the little booklet is handier, and can be marked up. This may be an object lesson to me for my job, as we move to electronic everything. Sometimes only the paper will do.

Seems like several people have received their docs for Grand Prix. Has anyone besides us NOT gotten their docs? It always makes me nervous when ours don't arrive at the same time as everyone elses. sad

We received ours Wednesday right before we left for Seattle to visit the twins (born while we were on LLAMA) and their baby brother born in May (who I had not seen before).

Eugene and Gail, congratulations on the new grandbaby. Post some pictures smiles

Dave, thanks for letting me know -- I think you're staying on to Buenos Aires also, maybe that's the hold up.

We don't have them yet. We've been told that it will take another week.

Hello Community,

There are no more bulky cruise documents and no more anxious days waiting for them to arrive in the mail. Instead, you can conveniently access and print important travel documents. Plus, this new technology allows you to easily share your travel itineraries with your friends and family members. If you are without Internet access, we will provide you with a print out of your important travel documents. The following requirements are for sailings from a United States port to the Caribbean, Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada/New England, Hawaii, Alaska, Panama Canal and Mexico.

1. A valid United States or Canadian passport. For additional United States passport information visit the United States Department of State travel information website or the Passport Canada website.
2. United States citizens on cruises that begin and end at the same port in the United States can use a government-issued picture ID and a government-issued birth certificate or original Naturalization Certificate.
3. Minors under the age of 16 will be able to present either an original government-issued, original or certified copy of his or her birth certificate; a Consular Report of Birth Abroad Issued by DOA; or Certificate of Naturalization issued by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Best Regards,
Rick Warren
